Ok, so in the contested States they had an 'alternative slate of Electors', And that slate was to be forwarded to Congress as well as the State appointed Electors...I have looked, and can't find where that is illegal...I don't see any indictments, or convictions of breaking any laws....This seems more a bid to keep Trump's hopes alive in the wake of no concession in these States....In fact, if I recall, Hillary told Biden before the election not to concede...Should Hillary and Biden be charged as well?
3 U.S. Code § 6 - Credentials of electors; transmission to Archivist of the United States and to Congress; public inspection

The executives of each state are the governors. The governors in each of those contested states submitted slates for Biden, not Trump. So someone else, other than the governor, had to send those slates.
So no, they were neither "alternative" slates nor "legal" slates.
What else ya got?
