In May 2022 a grand jury issued a subpoena for the documents the FBI had been told Trump may still have. On 6-3-22 Trump welcomed the FBI into his home at Mar-A-Lago and the FBI took all documents they thought they were looking for.

Biden's DOJ was after certain documents that NARA was not even aware of, but Biden et.al. could not let the public know which documents they were after because it would expose the corrupt reason they wanted the documents. In the end the courts threw out the charges, dismissed the illegitimate prosecutor and the FBI returned all the seized documents after Trump was re-elected.
