January 6 Committee…what a joke!

On January 17, nearly one year after TRUMP left office, and after months of demands by the National Archives and Records Administration for TRUMP to provide all missing presidential records, TRUMP provided only 15 boxes, which contained 197 documents with classification markings. b.

On June 3, in response to a grand jury subpoena demanding the production of all documents with classification markings, TRUMP's attorney provided to the FBI 38 more documents with classification markings. c.

On August 8, pursuant to a court-authorized search warrant, the FBI recovered from TRUMP's office and a storage room at The Mar-a-Lago Club l02 more documents with classification markings.

Two things.

You are saying that history won't judge a sitting president refusing to relinquish power after losing the election? Culminating in a full-blown insurrection that wounded 140 police officers? But rather the investigation of those things in congress?

Secondly. I love all of you moaning "oh this is so partisan" while it was YOUR side that nixed the idea of a non-lawmaker commission consisting of people chosen by Democrats and Republicans equally. You guys are like pyromaniacs complaining that the fire department didn't put out a fire in time that they set.
What sitting president refused to relinquish power?

Garbage in - garbage out. Sounds like a democrat program for evaluating the popularity of leading political candidates and officials.
Snark is a poor substitute for factual info. But then snark is all you have.

Hence why I refer to the alternative reality they choose to believe in.

"They fell for it! I got away with it! They actually fell for it ... unbelievable."

Cut and paste something about ole’ stumblebum stealing classified documents and carelessly leaving them in his garage for years.

President Joe Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials” kept in unsecured locations after his vice presidency, which presented “serious risks to national security,” a Department of Justice special counsel said in a report released Thursday.

"Yeah ... right next to my Corvette. No lie! Just sittin' there, open for anybody to read."

Trump did not cooperate with the first (and only) subpoena. He was instructed to turn over every document with classified markings, but he didn’t. He hid the documents from the DoJ and his own lawyers.
There are a lot of fishy things going on in DC and with the democrat party.

The Florida federal magistrate judge who signed off on a search warrant authorizing the FBI raid of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort donated to Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign — months after he left the local US Attorney’s office to rep employees of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein who had received immunity in the long-running sex-trafficking investigation of the financier.

Sources tell The Post that Judge Bruce Reinhart approved the warrant that enabled federal agents to converge on the palatial South Florida estate on Monday in what Trump called an “unannounced raid on my home.”

The FBI executed a search warrant which turned up hundreds of documents that Trump was legally obligated to turn over.

That’s called obstruction of justice.

The FBI did not believe it had probable cause to raid President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in 2022, but moved forward amid pressure from the Biden Justice Department, with an official saying he didn’t "give a damn about the optics" of the search, newly declassified documents reviewed by Fox News Digital reveal.

Democrats wanted to go through Melanie’s underwear.

That’s called creepy.

Someone told the NARA, after Biden was elected, in May 2021 that Trump has took documents he was supposedly not supposed to have. NARA retrieved 15 boxes in Jan 2022. On Feb 9, 2022 someone told the FBI about the alleged documents. On 3-30-22 the FBI launched an investigation. In May 2022 a grand jury issued a subpoena for the documents the FBI had been told Trump may still have. On 6-3-22 Trump welcomed the FBI into his home at Mar-A-Lago and the FBI took all documents they thought they were looking for.

Biden's DOJ was after certain documents that NARA was not even aware of, but Biden et.al. could not let the public know which documents they were after because it would expose the corrupt reason they wanted the documents. In the end the courts threw out the charges, dismissed the illegitimate prosecutor and the FBI returned all the seized documents after Trump was re-elected.

False. NARA was looking for a few high profile documents that it knew it was missing and it took nearly a year for Trump to send him anything. Bad start, clearly not cooperating.

NARA told the FBI because that’s what anyone would do if they found classified documents in those boxes.

False. The FBI came to Mar a Lago to accept the documents that Trump was legally required to turn over. His lawyer certified that they did a complete search of the property and all documents were in the envelope they handed over.

They were allowed to look in the storage room but explicitly prevented by Trump’s lawyers from looking in any box.

False. The DoJ rightly suspected Trump was not being cooperative and after investigation discovered enough evidence to get a search warrant and search the property.

They were proven correct in their suspicions when they turned up many documents that Trump was legally required to have already turned over.

In the end the courts threw out the charges, dismissed the illegitimate prosecutor and the FBI returned all the seized documents after Trump was re-elected.
Sometimes the bad guy gets away with the crime. If Trump hadn’t been elected, the documents would have never been turned over and the decision by the questionable hack Cannon would have been appealed.
