January 6 Committee…what a joke!

trump accused Democrats of weaponozimg the DOJ. During Biden's watch the top 11 cases brought before the court involved 6 Democrats and 5 republicans. So no proof of weaponization there. And you guys say he wasi ncompetant the whole time so how could he corrupt the court. He had his hands full with being a good president. Trump is openly influencing the DOJ , even telling them who to.investigate. Can you say the same for trump's DOJ. The one he purged of any one involved in cases against republicans. Andl ook at his record. He's attacking Democrats every chance he gets. Pam Bondi attempted to carry out trump's demands but many of the cases were dismissed by the court as lacking any evidence. So he fired her. Unless the law works to serve his whims he's never going to be satisfied and that's why he's such an angry man. Plus the micropenis is probably the root of his problems. Too weak of a man to handle it. Would have been better off as a transgendered woman. How ironic. The man so many have been fooled into believing is a strong man is actually one of the weakest men that ever lived. That's just plain sad. The fact that he's conned so.many is even sadder.
There's a difference between the DOJ and the courts. I suggest you read what I write, because I think you are confused about me.

Do you think Minnesota fraud is fake news? If so, no wonder you imagine Trump is guilty of unknown and unspecified crimes.
Hmmmmmm. If you want to inform yourself about the specifics of the known crimes trump committed, read Jack Smith's indictments. But I don't think you do. You'd rather wallow in ignorance.

Yes that's why those cases presented without evidence to back them up were dismissed by the courts. It doesn't change the fact that trump has weaponized the DOJ. That interferes with it's independence and the objectivity in the courts. I could have went into his w trump has corrupted the Supreme Court by putting liars like him into it. Now it's been severely compromised andcannot be trusted anymore. Plus appointing roght-leaning and unqualified judges in courts all over the country.plusdefunding the immigration courts making it more difficult to carry out immigration matters worsening an already difficult situation. Bottom line , trump creates more problems than he solves.

The weaponized DOJ fought hard to destroy Trump before the 2024 election, but their criminal exercise failed and now crooks like Jack Smith are in the hot seat for it.

You are confusing the congressional hearings and commissions with a criminal or civil court. If procedures are fair and followed, there is no problem. When the body begins preselecting witnesses and excluding evidence and witnesses there is a big problem. The FISA court only hears from the complaining entity, not from the target, although it has been reported that it may have been corrected. :rolleyes:Not just the Jan 6 sideshow, but look back on some of these displays and really examine them. Your beliefs are you own though, not judging.
I’m not confusing them, that’s exactly why I’m pointing to the courts when discussing election fraud claims.

What you’re criticizing are investigative bodies like the January 6 Committee or the FISA Court. But those aren’t trials, they don’t determine guilt or innocence. They gather information and build a record. Because of that, they don’t operate under the same rules as a courtroom.

Investigators, whether in Congress or law enforcement, decide which witnesses to pursue based on relevance and the case they’re building. And for the record, I've yet to see any credible evidence that fundamentally changes the findings of the Jan 6th committee.

The place where claims are tested under strict, adversarial standards is in court. And when election fraud claims were brought there, they consistently failed to meet the required burden of proof.

So if the question is whether the claims hold up under proper legal scrutiny, the courts, not congressional hearings, are the relevant benchmark.”

Thanks for not trying to deny the facts I presented to you. Trying to switch the subject after you ask a specific question and get an irrefutable answer to is simply pathetic on your part. Try to have a nice day. , I plan on it.
I saw your listed opinions but not any irrefutable facts.

Jack Smit has been exposed as a democrat hack who illegally fabricated 'evidence' against Trump in an illegal effort to destroy him before the 2024 election. Jack Smith has no idea whether he sworn in as he was supposed to have been or who supposedly swore him in. His goose is cooked.

I just gave you proof that the DOJ was NOT weaponized beforehand. trump was the only one bold enough / crazy enough to do that. It's counterproductive , it just shows how weak your position is.

You have not irrefutably proven the DOJ did not illegally move against Trump to remove him form contending in the 2024 election.

As much as you want to see trump as a victim in the twisted scenario you laid out, he isn't one. He committed crimes and he was indicted by grand juries due to the overwhelming evidence of his guilt. That is how the justice system is supposed to work.

That accusation by trump has never been proven to be true. Just wanted to point that out. Facts matter and that's what he used in his cases.

What crime did Trump commit? Did he plant the fake document security cover sheets Garland's guys 'discovered' in Trump's residence after getting authorization from TDS officials seeking to destroy Trump? Is planting fake top secret document cover sheets in a president's residence a crime? Was it a crime for a non-president to take secret government documents and store them in an office building he shared with Communist Chinese spies?

A corrupt DA resurrected old issues that were far past the statute of limitations to twist laws and accuse Trump of mortgage fraud for claiming he misstated the true value of his properties that the non-realty expert democrat false accusers deigned to undervalue because they felt they could? And who did the racist black TDS leftist DA think she was to falsely accuse Trump of mortgage fraud while she herself was continuing her long history of committing mortgage fraud herself?

The easiest one to convict him on would have been the charge that he refused to comply with a subpoena for the return of classified docs in his possession.

What was illegal?
Here are some of the facts of democrat misconduct in their weaponized war against Trump:

what did jack smithy do that was illegal

Allegations of Illegal Conduct by Jack Smith

Recent reports allege that former Special Counsel Jack Smith engaged in actions that critics say were unlawful and politically motivated during his January 6 investigation.

According to newly released FBI documents obtained by Senator Chuck Grassley, Smith authorized the FBI to surveil the private phone communications of nearly a dozen Republican U.S. senators in 2023 National Legal And Policy Center. The surveillance was part of what critics call the “Arctic Frost” sub-investigation, which focused on communications between GOP lawmakers and former President Donald Trump on the evening of January 6, 2021, as the Capitol riot unfolded National Legal And Policy Center+1.

The FBI used court orders to seize and analyze call records from senators such as Ron Johnson, Lindsey Graham, Mike Lee, and others, mapping out who spoke to whom and when National Legal And Policy Center. Critics argue this was an abuse of power and a violation of the Fourth Amendment, as it targeted members of Congress—co-equal branches of government—without clear evidence of criminal activity American Center for Law and Justice.

Supporters of the investigation say it was a legitimate probe into potential criminal conduct, but opponents—including the American Center for Law and Justice—claim it was weaponized to interfere in the 2024 election. They note that the “Arctic Frost” investigation began in April 2022 and that Smith collected the phone records in September 2023, just before the election season American Center for Law and Justice.

    Other allegations against Smith include:
    • Filing two high-profile indictments against Trump—classified documents and January 6 charges—dismissed on presidential immunity grounds, which critics say were timed to harm Trump’s 2024 campaign National Legal And Policy Center.
    • Pushing for a gag order that restricted Trump’s free speech during his campaign National Legal And Policy Center.
    • Coordinating with the FBI to raid Rudy Giuliani’s home and subpoena journalists and tech companies National Legal And Policy Center.
These actions have drawn sharp criticism from Republican lawmakers, who have called the FBI’s conduct “Biden’s Stasi” tactics and “abuse of power beyond Watergate” National Legal And Policy Center. Critics argue that Smith’s conduct crossed the line from lawful investigation into political retaliation.

It is important to note that these allegations are contested. The Justice Department and some legal experts maintain that the investigations were within the scope of Smith’s authority as Special Counsel, though his appointment itself has been challenged as potentially unconstitutional ABA Journal.

The evidence of his crimes was overwhelming. Other people in NY who were charged and convicted of similar crimes spent time in jail.

Nearly half of people convicted of the same crimes as Donald Trump are sent to prison, study finds
