You are confusing the congressional hearings and commissions with a criminal or civil court. If procedures are fair and followed, there is no problem. When the body begins preselecting witnesses and excluding evidence and witnesses there is a big problem. The FISA court only hears from the complaining entity, not from the target, although it has been reported that it may have been corrected. Not just the Jan 6 sideshow, but look back on some of these displays and really examine them. Your beliefs are you own though, not judging.
