Courts don’t need to prove claims false. Something multiple people have pointed out to you. They assess whether there’s sufficient evidence to support them. In these cases, there wasn’t, and in this instance, the arguments were weak enough to lead to sanctions.
Do you know how bad an argument has to be, before a court will punish someone for making it?
In a legal setting, where evidence is formally presented and tested, failing to meet the standard isn’t neutral. It means the claim doesn’t hold.
If your standard is that a claim remains valid unless conclusively disproven, then any unsupported claim becomes equally valid. That removes the need for evidence entirely. It is faith held on to despite of evidence to the contrary instead of an opinion reached by considering the evidence.

Democrats have been making false claims about their 2020 voter fraud and of course none of their weaponized judges will ever try to prove or disprove that.

The democrats had 150 of the most unethical investigators who were all anti Trump, and they spent two years and 40 million dollars of US taxpayers money and they found NOTHING.

These vaunted 'courts' (proceedings) control who is asked to provide evidence, which evidence is permitted, who is allowed to speak, and the entire environment of the so-called proceedings. There's a lot of opportunity for a desired outcome in most of our country's heralded "investigations", and a lot of political pressure for them to deliver it. This is where the nasty sausage is made in Congress, not on the floor like you are led to believe.
There is fraud everywhere. trump simply targeted place that was already being investigated and made the situation worse to.try to.mske himself look.better. California also has a problem and it'!s being addresed. Both Texas and Florida have bigger immigration populations ( as does California ) than the entire population of the state of Minnesota but they aren't being attacked. We hear about their crime every day. And the state of Mississippi is nothing but fraiud. When itis all addressed and addressed in fair and equal.manner we will finally make some progress on it.
Trump tried to make himself look better? How? What did he do? Claim the fraud was occurring right under his nose, was his responsibility, and did nothing to stop it for years even though told by whistleblowers that the fraud was occurring, but he never saw it?
Illegal immigrants should not be arrested in Minnesota because other states may have more illegal immigrants? That is stupid.
Law enforcement officers cannot arrest crooks in one area if they are not arresting an equal number of crooks in other areas? That makes no sense.
You have a problem with courts having clear and enforced procedures? Wich seems to be your gripe?
The way I see it is that the alternative is worse. Not for nothing, a let's say more... arbitrary way to determine wether someone is a criminal have and do exist. I don't prefer it I have to say, for the simple reason that I agree with the concept of innocent until proven guilty.
So can you give a specific example of for instance evidence that you would like to include in court proceedings?

trump accused Democrats of weaponozimg the DOJ. During Biden's watch the top 11 cases brought before the court involved 6 Democrats and 5 republicans. So no proof of weaponization there. And you guys say he was incompetant the whole time so how could he corrupt the court. He had his hands full with being a good president. You can't say the same for the trump DOJ. Trump is openly influencing the DOJ , even telling them who to investigate. The one he purged of any one involved in cases against republicans. And look at his record. He's attacking Democrats every chance he gets. Pam Bondi attempted to carry out trump's demands but many of the cases were dismissed by the court as lacking any evidence. So he fired her. Unless the law works to serve his whims he's never going to be satisfied and that's why he's such an angry man. Plus the micropenis is probably the root of his problems. Too weak of a man to handle it. Would have been better off as a transgendered woman. How ironic. The man so many have been fooled into believing is a strong man is actually one of the weakest men that ever lived. That's just plain sad. The fact that he's conned so many is even sadder.

You are confusing the congressional hearings and commissions with a criminal or civil court. If procedures are fair and followed, there is no problem. When the body begins preselecting witnesses and excluding evidence and witnesses there is a big problem. The FISA court only hears from the complaining entity, not from the target, although it has been reported that it may have been corrected.
Not just the Jan 6 sideshow, but look back on some of these displays and really examine them. Your beliefs are you own though, not judging.Similar threads
