I respectfully feel that Her Honor is NOT to blame.

First, it is the very, very, very bad people who shoot and kill who are to blame.

Second, I have read that the police and some city officials have begged for tougher state laws, but the liberal legislature ignores their pleas.

Third, Her Honor is between a rock and a hard place. If she cracks down (even if she could), the bleeding heart liberals would accuse her of betraying "her people." If she does nothing (which is basically all she can do), she gets blamed for being soft on crime.

Most Americans, of course, have tuned out. They are no longer outraged by the disgusting violence. They pass it off as just an element of American big city life.
