James Comey was trying to save himself, but it's too late for him, he is ruined

James Comey, in revealing that Hillary Clinton is once again under criminal investigation, was trying to save what is left of his tattered reputation. But it is too late for him, he is ruined. He will go down in history as the man who disgraced not only himself, but the entire Federal Bureau of Investigation. That is a reputation that J. Edgar Hoover fought hard to build, and it endured even while the reputation of almost every other agency of the government suffered.

The FBI remained clean even while bringing Communist spies, mafia dons, KKK terrorists, to justice and it was not easy because ethics within the ranks requires constant diligence and harsh punishment of agents who even appear to be compromised.

But the FBI did not withstand the corruption of the Obama administration and the Clinton cartel. Now it is just as corrupt as the CIA, the DEA, and the IRS, and that's saying something. Perhaps the FBI's revival of the Clinton investigation will save the FBI if they act fast to purge all corrupt agents, but it will not recover their tainted reputation.

And Comey himself? He will resign in disgrace and hide somewhere, perhaps on a ranch somewhere in buttfuck Wyoming.
