Jacob "QAnon Shaman" Chansley begs Trump for a pardon

A great defense. It was Trumps fault. Yet as repubs were first to point out that he was ANTIFA because he was seen at BLM protests. It becomes a dilemma for Trump who has to decide is he ANTIFA or QAnon. If one is bad and one is good how can he be seen at both events. Brain freeze.

Can you prove Trump thinks QAnon is good?

No, you're writing fan fiction.

Right. Black Lives Matter is a world wide movement, respected throughout the world.

Exactly, which proves that so many people on the left are willing to tolerate violence as long as it serves their political purpose.

That's not a good thing.

It's the little bitch who was crying over organic food. He must be getting shook in his new home after acting tough storming the Capitol.

Gotta love the flimsy excuse his lawyer is using though...

Leftists/Media/Democrats: THIS MAN REPRESENTS EVERY SINGLE TRUMP SUPPORTER, GOP, AND CONSERVATIVE WHO EVER LIVED

Conservatives and Trump Supporters: Um.. no, he's a monster. Lock him up.

Wow that crazy person hired an incompetent crazy lawyer.

If his defense is that trump invited him, he will be spending time in prison.

It couldn't happen to a more deserving jerk.

Even worse, it proves that the trouble makers at BLM protests really were Trump supporters trying to make BLM look bad.

There were several reports from the FBI of the far right infiltrating the BLM protests just to be violent and it blamed on the BLM protesters.

I think at least one right winger was arrested for violence in the BLM protests. There could have been more.

There were many reports that the umbrella guy who set fires was a right winger from one of the racist groups.

There are not going to be any more trump pardons.

"he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment." -- US Constitution; Article II, Sec 2, Clause 1

Wonder if that means simply impeachment by the house, or only when convicted by the Senate?

Unclear whether that means that if Impeached he can not pardon, whether it requires conviction...or whether it simply refers to OTHERS who have been Impeached.

In any case it does appear to preclude a self pardon

But the rioting does not serve a purpose for the Blm Movement, it is a disservice, to their cause, and were very frustrated over it, for the most part.

Impeachment is the function the house has already persormed.

I agree it's a disservice in practice, but Democrats and media portrayed it to the public as virtuous. That's the problem.

Yes, I agree.... if a president could constitutionally just grant a pardon to themselves, there would be no impeachment clause and no directions on when a president could be criminally charged by the DOJ....

No man is above the law.

And Marc Rich excuse for a pardon was exactly what?

If so, then it adds another layer to the urgency of the House to get the impeachment on the record....So he couldn't pardon himself for his incitement of insurrection....before he leaves office.....??

Except for a man who was found guilty of Tax Evasion, fled the country to avoid jail time, his wife makes donations to the Clinton Foundation and he was then pardoned.

Does it not bother you that your small donation the the Clinton Foundation will never be used in your favor if you accidentally break the law?

But for some reason, that was OK back then.

You think one was arrested?

Who?

You think, or you know.

Curious.

It is on record. He has been impeached a second time.
