Correct. That is what they are doing in the many Trump cases, interpretting law. You are an idiot if you did not know that.Judges are not allowed to make law.
They're not allowed to tell the President what to do.
Period. End of story.

Who in the military?
It's f-ing amusing how liberals went from wanting to abolish the SCOTUS to now giving them unchecked power.
If the judge is truly corrupt, they’d be impeached and removed.
What you’re talking about is implementing a ruling that you don’t like. That’s how the constitution works. The president has to abide by rulings they don’t like.
Otherwise the president can do anything they want.
The Judicial is to check the power of the legislative and executive branch. The biggest constraints on ther judicial branch is to change law and the Constitution bu legislative and administrative branch.

Get an adult to read it to you. You can't comprehend See Cat Run.Far, far better than you, skippy.![]()
You think that is a bad thing?Everything then goes to the Supreme Court. Whose authority cannot be changed by congress or the executive branch.
The communist/fascist people in the "big club" have us on the precipice of...."your paperverk please". So, the time to reverse it is not as much as the tie it took us to get here. The judges are thwarting it. Even if it does not look that way.Correct. That is what they are doing in the many Trump cases, interpretting law. You are an idiot if you did not know that.
Certainly doubtable, certainly debatable. You think that is a bad thing?
The only real problem is the bottleneck.
Congress has the authority to limit the jurisdiction of every court below the Supreme Court and take away their power of a nation wide injunction.
They can be limited to JUST their districts. And that is exactly how it should be.
If the plaintiff wants to get a national injunction, they'll have to take the long road up to the SCOTUS.
You are clueless on how our system is suppose to work and how it is working. Who is they.Wrong.... They can check nothing they can only render opinions. If their opinions become too onerous then they put themselves in a world of shit for lack of enforcement ability.
Not a thing. So what can the Judicial do if their rulings are simply ignored by the Executive/Legislative?
Well, nothing for US to worry about--Trump might be wise to give it a thought or two~If a president is truly corrupt they'd be impeached and removed from office, so there's nothing to worry about.
Nope. You just refuse to listen to anything but your own voice. You are talking in circles.
