J.D. Vance to Chief Justice Roberts: The Judiciary Must Check Its Own Excesses

Judges are not allowed to make law.

They're not allowed to tell the President what to do.

Period. End of story.
Correct. That is what they are doing in the many Trump cases, interpretting law. You are an idiot if you did not know that.

If the judge is truly corrupt, they’d be impeached and removed.

What you’re talking about is implementing a ruling that you don’t like. That’s how the constitution works. The president has to abide by rulings they don’t like.

Otherwise the president can do anything they want.

If a president is truly corrupt they'd be impeached and removed from office, so there's nothing to worry about.

The Judicial is to check the power of the legislative and executive branch. The biggest constraints on ther judicial branch is to change law and the Constitution bu legislative and administrative branch.

Read your history

Wrong.... They can check nothing they can only render opinions. If their opinions become too onerous then they put themselves in a world of shit for lack of enforcement ability.

Everything then goes to the Supreme Court. Whose authority cannot be changed by congress or the executive branch.
You think that is a bad thing?

The only real problem is the bottleneck.

Congress has the authority to limit the jurisdiction of every court below the Supreme Court and take away their power of a nation wide injunction.

They can be limited to JUST their districts. And that is exactly how it should be.

If the plaintiff wants to get a national injunction, they'll have to take the long road up to the SCOTUS.

The communist/fascist people in the "big club" have us on the precipice of...."your paperverk please". So, the time to reverse it is not as much as the tie it took us to get here. The judges are thwarting it. Even if it does not look that way.

Another rogue in black robe took its shot at running the nation today by voiding permissible presidential powers and pretending to be President itself. . A total if about 1.6% of that body is doing this to 100% of its citizens
It’s absurd

Certainly doubtable, certainly debatable.

You are clueless on how our system is suppose to work and how it is working. You are a Trump lemming.

You are talking in circles.

J.D. Vance to Chief Justice Roberts: The Judiciary Must Check Its Own Excesses

That is a good point: Who checks the Judiciary?
  • The Congress is a check on the Executive.
  • The Executive is a check on Congress.
  • The Judiciary is a check on the President.
  • But who checks the Judiciary?
And if 670 lower courts are a check on the president and national policy, why the hell do we still need the SCOTUS for?
