J.D. Vance to Chief Justice Roberts: The Judiciary Must Check Its Own Excesses

Easy. Either pass a legislation or an amendment.

Of course, modern conservatives don’t like that idea since they’d rather rule by executive authoritarianism.

The Judicial doesn't pass legislation.

Yeah, no shit.

You asked how the other branches can check the judiciary. They do so by passing legislation or amendments.

Okay so we're back to the power given to the Executive to implement. If the Judicial is corrupt and Congress is unwilling to do their job the Executive only option is to ignore the Judicial.

This is exactly how you get totalitarian and authoritarian states.

Well we've known that's liberals ultimate goal, they're just pissed they screwed up and lost power.

You’re the one that’s justifying authoritarianism in your head.

You said yourself, the president has no choice but to become a dictator. That’s what you want.

Where did I say the president has no choice but to become a dictator?

So what is it when a president implements rulings from a corrupt judicial?

If the judge is truly corrupt, they’d be impeached and removed.

What you’re talking about is implementing a ruling that you don’t like. That’s how the constitution works. The president has to abide by rulings they don’t like.

Otherwise the president can do anything they want.
