It's Trump's fault

The cult will believe him. Regardless, Biden disregarded all advice, bought more time without doing any real planning as to the civilians, and totally screwed up. Even MSNBC has turned on Biden. I mean that is like the nuns beating down the pope.

Seems trump is taking credit for the whole thing. Kinda hard to blame Biden lol. Right from the horse's mouth. . Lol funny how you idiots have zero memories.

If Trump ordered the military to leave, they would have.

But in the end, Trump wasn’t actually all that strong of a leader. He wasn’t confident. He was ambiguous.
Ambiguous? That is perfect! I think you meant "ambitious. . ." but ambiguous is more correct. ;) And what this disaster probably would never have occurred under his watch.

. . . ah yes, but your assumption is that it was Trump's idea to order the military to leave, or that he had a choice in the matter to give that order.

. . . and your commentary about what you believe about Trump is just parroting MSM propaganda. It is to some, a matter of one's POV.

It is no more than what we believe about who Lee Harvey Oswald was, or Stalin or who we even believe Adolf Hitler was. The schools and media indoctrinate, and shape our emotions and opinions about what the establishment WANTS us to believe about famous folks. . . . but?

What reality is, and what the powerful forces of history want us to believe about such things, often might not be the same.

All of these men might not have been entirely responsible for the unspeakable horrors history ascribes to them. . . and? OTH, folks like MLK, Gandhi, etc., also had skeletons in their closet which most folks are not aware, and their victories were not single-handedly their own.

IMHO? There is a real battle in the culture still to define who Donald Trump will be. . . and what the facts of this man will mean to Americans.

The Taliban is back in charge in Afghanistan, enslaving women and children, Biden/Harris are MIA, and Big Left is still talking about Trump. How sad.
Why not? It was his idea.

The United States signed a landmark peace agreement with Taliban militants on Saturday aimed at bringing an end to 18 years of bloodshed in Afghanistan and allowing U.S. troops to return home from America's longest war.

Under the agreement, the US would draw its forces down to 8,600 from 13,000 in the next 3-4 months, with the remaining US forces withdrawing in 14 months.

No. Ambiguous. He wouldn’t give direct orders. He’d waffle and hedge. He wouldn’t be specific because that means he’d be responsible.

If there’s one thing that Trump didn’t want, it’s responsibility.

This isn’t about the military leaving. It’s about leaving billions of US military equipment in the hands of the Taliban. It’s about all these Pentagon Generals and intelligence “think tanks” claiming the Taliban weren’t going to immediately take over the country. It’s about having a Commander-in-Chief with dementia that cant even think for himself and make common sense decisions.

Trump just had to list all the benefits they got from his giveaway treaty with the beardy ones. What did he get from the treaty ?
Why would they follow the treaty when Biden is in charge? They know he has dementia, they know he’s weak, they know he won’t do anything.

That’s military equipment we gave to the Afghanistan military. It wasn’t ours to take.

Trump was the one letting the generals tell him what to do. Biden went against the grain.

Just looking around at the level of ignorance and stupidity of the democrats here, it's obvious that this is all he NEEDS to say.

The media trained them, and they took to that training well, indeed.

:spinner:

Biden has been a Washington Establishment boob his whole career. He has voted for every war, for every trade deal that fucked this country over. He has never gone against the defense contract lobby. He appointed a Raytheon executive to head the Department of Defense.

He went against them when he ordered the military out of Afghanistan after the DoD flushed trillion down the toilet there.

This will be the mantra of the Biden administration for the next 4 very long years.

Biden has no ability for self ownership, none.

Mike Pompeo destroyed him regarding Afghanistan

Pompusasshole signed Surrender Monkey's "peace"deal with the Taliban.

Mike Pompeo destroyed him regarding Afghanistan

In 2018, Trump got Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar released from prison. In 2020, Trump's Secretary of State met with Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar. In 2021, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar is set to become the President of Afghanistan under Taliban rule.

The GQP have always sided with the Taliban.

Rogue Statesman

Congressman Dana Rohrabacher’s (R-Ca) absolutely crazy, quite possibly illegal back-channel chats with the villains of Sept. 11

by R. Scott Moxley

"[Rohrabacher] says the Taliban are devout traditionalists—not terrorists or revolutionaries. He believes a Taliban takeover [of Afghanistan] would be a positive development."
... "Listen! Hold on!" said Rohrabacher. "I am a bigger expert on Afghanistan than any member of Congress." ...
A November/December 1996 article in Washington Report on Middle East Affairs reported, "The potential rise of power of the Taliban does not alarm Rohrabacher" because the congressman believes the "Taliban could provide stability in an area where chaos was creating a real threat to the U.S." Later in the article, Rohrabacher claimed that:
Taliban leaders are "not terrorists or revolutionaries."

Media reports documenting the Taliban’s harsh, radical beliefs were "nonsense."

The Taliban would develop a "disciplined, moral society" that did not harbor terrorists.

The Taliban posed no threat to the U.S.

Although he continues to describe himself as an expert on Afghan history and politics, Rohrabacher was obviously dead wrong on all counts.
