If you notice, I didn't call for a ban on atheist beliefs, which would be possible to enforce; I called for a ban on public dissemination of atheism or the atheist agenda. Just like we have against the dissemination of child porn, and for the same reason. Atheism is even more destructive to souls than child pornography.

Remember, the ultimate goal of mankind is to get as many souls into heaven as possible, and so any measure that furthers that goal is inherently good and just, and should be used.

The issue I have with that is what about Muslims? Do we then start dissemination against them as well? What about Mormons, 7th Day Adventist or Jehovah's Witnesses? Freedom to espouse beliefs is a very basic tenant of most religions. Who then determines which groups are allowed to disseminate and which ones are not? Sounds dangerous to me.

Getting back to prayer in school can never happen, should never happen. We are too diverse our nation and that's why the government stays out of religion. Unfortunately religion does not do the same thing it's always interfering with matters of state and that's what creates the problems.
