Not all states require masters degrees. Also, in order to understand behavioral issues, that would require education in psychology.

Even then, this isn't what we are talking about. We are talking about teachers taking it upon themselves to diagnose, nurture and even facilitate alter gender practices in their classrooms. That's not their place. Teachers are not psycologists, they are not trained to diagnose behavioral issues.
Except that they are.
The real question here, is that if a kid is Trans, is it better to accept him or to let his religious crazy parents abuse him (or her).
