I care about policy. The left freaks out over him calling people names, or not being nice. Sure, I'd like a bit more candor, but all-in-all it means minimal in importance.

Trump will be known primarily in his second term for his astronomical success of stopping the invasion of illegal immigrants at the southern border. All the problems this issue was causing are at least being tamed, and hopefully we can push back on the advances of letting in un-vetted, dangerous third world morality to flood into our country.

It is true that under Trump, illegal immigration has been reduced to record low numbers, but it has not "stopped".

Since January 21 through end of November, there have been 117,105 total enforcement encounters along the southwest border which is 37% less than the monthly average of 185,625 during the Biden Administration.

Having said that, Presidents need to be graded for their overall performance and not just by one thing. Here is a chart of the 10 most important issues to Americans as of October 2025. You will notice that Trump is failing on 7 of the 10 issues and on 4 of the top 5. none of which is immigration.

Once the election is over it's kinda too late to do anything about it. We can withhold our votes the next time, like the voters did to Trump in 2020. And then they voted him back into office in 2024, deal with it.

I don't understand what your point is, Trump is in office and he's gonna stay there until 2028. I don't like some of what he's saying and doing and I realize he's an asshole, but so what? I think the quality of the democrap bench has fallen but I think the republicans got what they've wanted for a long time. Most republican voters don't like the federal government and wanted someone who wasn't a DC insider to clean up house. Trump is the only politician in the country who was courageous enough to take on the DC establishment and the extremely dirty politics of the democraps. The entire left hates him because he can beat them, but many on the right are happy with him so far. Has he been perfect?
