No, HOstess had to close its doors because greedy hedge funds looted the company of all its assets and took out huge loans to pay themselves big money. They were making more than enough to pay the workers and keep operations going.

Fact is, college graduates aren't making six figures, usually. That a union will make sure a working guy gets a decent salary is a good thing.

Actually, I've been covering this in another thread. No - I'm not ok with any government care. Those people (both the man and the woman) created the baby, they should be forced to care for it. If they don't do it properly, they are placed in prison for child neglect and put on a chain gang 12 hours per day, 7 days a week repairing roads, bridges, etc. The money we save on that goes to the government programs to provide for the child. Problem solved!

And a win-win. You in particular are always crying about "infrastructure". Imagine how impeccable our roads and bridges could be if we put the millions and millions of prisoners to work?

For the record, to merely maintain one prisoner in a prison- to give them food, shelter, etc. while making sure they don't try to escape or anything- is about $45,000 a year. It would cost MORE to actually create a work program for them like a "chain gang".

Assuming you're not lying about your experience, you fail to account for the fact that the people who are "raving" about those healthcare systems are people who have nothing to compare it to. I, on the other hand, have spoken to those who have a finally tried both and there is no comparison - every last one said America's healthcare is far superior.

Compare the AVERAGE AMerican's access to health care to the Average Canadian or Brit.

Well, they have 100% coverage. Meanwhile, one out of four Americans had no coverage before ObamaCare or they have inadequate coverage because their plans suck.

Guy, I've been in a situation where I've had to wrestle with an insurance company to get procedures they considered "elective" (but probably saved my life). If you really think "Best Medical Care for those who can afford it, **** everyone else" is a good system, there's something seriously wrong with your value system.

Again, you were the guy who said women should be put onto chain gangs and forced into slave labor if they didn't take care of children they didn't want to have in the first place.
