Not only women, but every citizen of North Dakota will have his privacy rights undermined, and abortions will continue regardless the law.
The fundamental stupidity of those opposed to privacy rights is they jeopardize each American's civil liberties while doing nothing to actually end the practice of abortion.
Well, murder continues all over the U.S., so by your "logic" we should legalize murder...
You see, this is where you are sort of stupid.
The point is, murder laws are enforceable. You put a murderer in front of a jury, and a jury will convict him if the evidence is good. Heck, sometimes we even convict people of murders they didn't commit if they are poor and their lawyers are incompetant. Which you're fine with, I guess. ******* Poor People.
But abortion. Never, ever going to get a conviction. Not with 50 million women who've had at least one.
Again- before
Roe v. Wade, how often were women arrested for having abortions? Never. Didn't happen, because they knew they couldn't get convictions. You certainly aren't going to get convictions after it's been legal for 40 years.
In short, there's no benefit to outlawing abortion, because the laws are going to be unenforceable. People will openly break them.
