Well I can't speak for Frank, and pardon the intrusion, since your question was pointed to him specifically, but my view on it is that the entire lot of the hoodlums over there could drop neutron bombs on each other and I, for one, wouldn't lose a second worth of sleep over it.

Just stay out of it and let em do it and get it over with amongst themselves and run a street sweeper through there when they're done. And the lot of em can also pay for their own nation rebuilding afterward. The fatigue with that whole bunch of hoodlums is real. And it's draining us dry. Has been for years.
