Is This Evidence For Satan?

Sorry, this is a long post, but it's something that happened on USMB and triggered a revelation. It is not a popular subject -- Satan. I am not afraid of Satan, but he is quite a powerful being. In the Bible, he is "god of the world and prince of the power of the air."

IIRC, it happened in the thread "Atheists want proof of God?" There was a person, whom I think was an evolutionist, who exclaimed birds came from dinosaurs. I said that I didn't think little, tiny birds evolved from great, big, gigantic dinosaurs and that Oregon State University research showed that a bird's lung development was different from a dinosaur's, i.e. a bird would not be able to breathe and fly if they had lungs like dinosaurs. He came back and insisted, "BIRDS ARE DINOSAURS!" and went on to rant. There was no contradicting him, so I just ignored until he left.

Later, I looked at my six days of creation chart and saw that birds were created on the 4th day while land animals were created on the 5th. It dawned on me that whatever atheists/evolutionists believe contradicts what God stated in the first two books of Genesis.

Isn't this evidence for Satan? First, Satan doesn't want you to believe he exists, so people usually do not ask for proof of Satan nor does anyone even bring him up for discussion. Non-believers want proof of God when there isn't any proof for an unprovable God. When you end up discussing God with them, you find they usually blame God for something such as evil in the OT or why does he allow babies to suffer? Whatever evidence you present is not good enough. One atheist said if he opened the ground in front of him and gave him a brand new car of his choice, then he'll believe. Um... it takes faith... but you do not even get to that point with these people. Believers know why these miracles are not convincing nor life changing.

What I am getting at using in regards to Satan that he exists... because we have God created the heavens and Earth from nothing, but evolutionary thinking says it was the big bang which caused it from nothing. Before that it was the eternal universe. God created Adam and Eve as adult humans and animals as adult animals. Instead, the naysayers say, no, we had the egg before the chicken and abiogenesis, so this is how life came into existence and evolved. And so on. It turned out that everything I could think of between creation and atheist/evolutionary beliefs contradicted each other. All of these debates have come down throughout the centuries, so there could be no collaboration as to what the people who came up with the atheist/evolutionary hypothesis wrote. These writers were in different fields of work and it was written at different times. It wasn't put together in a book like the Bible, but if it was, then it was as if Satan had wrote an antiGenesis.

These contradictions goes beyond that, too. It isn't just evolution, but moral values such as not killing a fetus vs. abortion and a woman's rights, homosexuality vs. man and woman marriage, and even how the world is going to end -- global fire vs. AGW or a huge asteroid hits the earth causing a catastrophic chain reaction. It turns out that everything that God stated in the Bible is contradicted by Satan. Maybe that's just his rebellious nature and he can't help himself.

Thus, when you add all the contradictions up, is this evidence for Satan? Does this convince you that Satan is causing it? Bad stuff usually does not happen by coincidence.

Are you going to formulate an argument for how theoropods became birds from your link? They're such large land animans while birds are generally small animals. Where are the transitional fossils? Why do dinosaur fossils still have soft tissues in them? Why do they radiocarbon date to 40,000 years?

If you had bothered to open the link you would know they specified certain small varieties of theropods as the ancestors of bird.

Also, here's a transitional bird called Archaeopteryx.

And fossils by definition don't have soft tissues in or on them. They are rocks.

Also, radiocarbon dating is only good for about 40,000 years. Beyond that they need other methods.

Science does not back up what you state. We had an OSU study in 2009 that showed birds would not have been able to breathe if they evolved from dinosaurs. This is macroevolution, so it doesn't happen despite what the secular scientists believe. As for you fossil, it is a bird. There are no other transitional fossils showing a dinosaur becoming a bird.



Radiocarbon dating of dinosaur fossils show a young earth and not an old earth. The dinos were dated to 40,000 years. They would not have been able to do it if the fossils were millions of years old as the C-14 would be gone. There is soft tissue in most of the dinosaur fossils.

When something bad happens such as murder and there is a common theme like it happened with a knife next to a lake or pond at 4 am in the morning, then it is not a coincidence. The murders are tied together. There are no coincidences with bad occurrences.

It is evidence for Satan and he is quite powerful in having people disobey God. This is what happened with Adam and Eve all over again.

Most paleontologists regard that theory as bunk. They say it based on speculation about what bird ancestors should look like instead of the actual (rather substantial) fossil record. The "Birds Are Not Dinosaurs" Movement

The article does not address anything to counter the evidence presented in the OSU. Oops.

For one, Archaeopteryx was a bird. It was originally categorized as a primitive bird. Evos jumped on its discovery because they assumed it was their prized transitional fossil to fit their common ancestor theory for birds from dinosaurs since birds from reptiles was being discarded. It's circular reasoning at its worse. They eventually were able to categorize it as transitional.

Here is how they did it. There was another fossil discovered called Xiaotingia whose fossil also made it look like Archaeopteryx and it was dated to five million years before. When the Chinese discover, named Xian Xu, found it, he ran a computer program to compare the physical characteristics to decide how closely related the two species were. The program assigns weight to the various features. If you change the parameters of the program, then it could classify both fossils as birds. If you change the parameters of the program to give different weights, then both fossils could be dinosaurs. So this is not really an objective analysis as bias was heavily skewed for evolution. People make money finding evidence for birds from dinosaurs. Not the opposite.

Moreover, your article writer does not argue against what ornithologist and evolutionary biologist Alan Feduccia wrote in his two books and uses a negative generalization fallacy to lump him in the scientists in BAND group. There are a considerable number of scientists who do not buy in. Back to Feduccia, he wrote about the feather remains as skin follicles. Most of the fossils used to support theropods to birds are 20 million or more years YOUNGER than Archaeopteryx. Oops. Besides, they were runners and did not fly. Feduccia thinks birds descended from arboreal animals. The fossil record also show that feathers evolved in connection with gliding and flying, rather than to help catch insects. Bottom line your article is terribly lacking and does not address what the opposition has found.

Sheesh, I'm being forced to argue science in the religious forum. This should be more evidence for Satan. The honest scientists do not know how birds evolved. They didn't, but you can't say that today since creation science was systematically eliminated. They were created as birds and produced variations within a species like other animals. Enter Satan who contradicts what God wrote and the atheists/evos flock to his contradictions. Even Satan and hell does not exist anymore. We have GDNE, SDNE, and HDNE all lumped into one. Non-believers want proof of God when there isn't any proof for an unprovable God. When you end up discussing God with them, you find they usually blame God for something such as evil in the OT or why does he allow babies to suffer? Whatever evidence you present is not good enough. One atheist said if he opened the ground in front of him and gave him a brand new car of his choice, then he'll believe. Um... it takes faith... but you do not even get to that point with these people. Believers know why these miracles are not convincing nor life changing.

What I am getting at using in regards to Satan that he exists... because we have God created the heavens and Earth from nothing, but evolutionary thinking says it was the big bang which caused it from nothing. Before that it was the eternal universe. God created Adam and Eve as adult humans and animals as adult animals. Instead, the naysayers say, no, we had the egg before the chicken and abiogenesis, so this is how life came into existence and evolved. And so on. It turned out that everything I could think of between creation and atheist/evolutionary beliefs contradicted each other. All of these debates have come down throughout the centuries, so there could be no collaboration as to what the people who came up with the atheist/evolutionary hypothesis wrote. These writers were in different fields of work and it was written at different times. It wasn't put together in a book like the Bible, but if it was, then it was as if Satan had wrote an antiGenesis.

These contradictions goes beyond that, too. It isn't just evolution, but moral values such as not killing a fetus vs. abortion and a woman's rights, homosexuality vs. man and woman marriage, and even how the world is going to end -- global fire vs. AGW or a huge asteroid hits the earth causing a catastrophic chain reaction. It turns out that everything that God stated in the Bible is contradicted by Satan. Maybe that's just his rebellious nature and he can't help himself.

Thus, when you add all the contradictions up, is this evidence for Satan? Does this convince you that Satan is causing it? Bad stuff usually does not happen by coincidence.

Mr Bond, I did not watch the entire video of Satan and Jesus arm wrestling due to time constraints. But what I saw was middle-age paintings designed to scare the bejesus out of illiterate populations who depended on the clergy to interpret the word of God for them. So they gave visuals of pointy-tooth demons crunching on grandma like a tasty french fry and surrounded by miserable victims in pain and terror while waiting their turn. For a fee, the clergy would get grandma out of purgatory and the families paid up or feared the same fate. Also for a fee, you could get all your sins forgiven, past present and future. Martin Luther saw thru the scam evidently better than even some moderns and nailed his 95 thesis on the church door. Another breakthrough was the King James Bible that made the Word of God available to the public. One they read for themselves the church lost its iron-fisted grip.

Satan is always pictured as red, unkempt, enraged with a pointy tail and horns and bad breath of fire and brimstone. A false picture. Indeed, he must be beautiful and eloquent to convince so many that wrong is right, not an obvious snake or horror monster. And remember, his sin is not in doing wrong, but in convincing YOU to do wrong...making your bad look good..making sin look Christian and/or patriotic. And remember this too..his condemnation by God is for convincing others to do wrong, meaning WORDS MATTER.

This has been explained to you many times, the Bible says 'God' is our Father and creator.and 'god' is god of the world and prince of the power the air or Satan.

You and the non-believers write 'god' as God is just one of many gods. This is another contradiction. How do these things just keep happening? It is evidence for Satan.

You've blamed God for many things, but never Satan. Evil was caused by sin and Lucifer created sin. The Bible says this. Now what are you going to write to contradict this? Or are you going to agree like a good little boy?

So what scientific proof is there that everything happened like that jpg says?

The first day God created the electromagnetic spectrum or EMS. How did that just happen? Do you have the science to know what it is and how it forms?

Anyway, it doesn't matter. you just claim science, but don't know anything about it. Ignorance is bliss, but it must hurt to have a pea brain and people just treating you like fartsmoke.
