It doesn't really matter.........he HAS them.

If he uses them, especially on the nuclear power plants, most of that part of the country will become another Chernobyl. He would be cutting off his own dick to spite odannys face.

Even if he doesn't use them on the power plants, he's still looking at a radioactive wasteland for at least 75 years or more. Not only that, there would be massive radioactive clouds that would work their way across Russia.

I'm surprised nobodys taken at least a potshot at Putin by now.
Current wind patterns would shower the EU, not Russia. Putin would take that land as people flee the radiation. Propagation of the radioactivity would make most of Europe uninhabitable for about 25-50 years. Only about 50 miles around the site would remain uninhabitable beyond about 50 years.

Putin aims to restore Mother Russia. His attacks on Nuclear plants could do the work for his army to take control of the region. This man is old school KGB and does not value any human life but his own.

Link for me just once, in just one speech of his, or in one place where he has written this.

I see it in western propaganda all over. . . but I have never seen him say it or write it.

How about Putin saying it in intercepted Russian communications and moles in the Kremlin. Those in charge of the CIA clearly know Putin's intentions from those classified sources. And have known it for years.

Now you're a Putin supporter?

They're known about Putin's ambitions for years.

Russian President Vladimir Putin's main interest is restoration of the Soviet Union, former Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta said Thursday.

"Let's not kid anybody," said Panetta, who also served as CIA director and White House chief of staff. "Putin's main interest is to try to restore the old Soviet Union. I mean that's what drives him."

He is clearly trying to prevent the countries of the former Soviet Union from joining NATO and working with the European Union," Panetta said in 2015.

President-elect Donald Trump suggested the U.S. accept Russia's annexation of Crimea, and argued the U.S. should work with Russia, if possible.
It's quite impossible to take seriously that Russia would ever have any chance of defeating a Nato country, and you don't need to be schooled on the reasons why!

But remember too, if an attack on one is an attack on all, then an aggression on Russia will be an aggression by all!

Peace must be found and it's going to have to be something that's mutually agreeable to both sides and can be claimed as a victory by both.

America is using Ukrainians as pawns in their expansionist war games. Peace is being delayed on account of it being a war of attrition between the count on dead Ukrainians vs. dead Russians.

The objective is peace, before Russia takes the entire Ukraine and has suffered enough losses that it wouldn't make any sense to give it up.

There can be sympathy for Ukrainians, but nothing can hide the US/Nato expansionist imperalism that been going on since the inception of Nato.

Imperialism is when you take territory, and impose your will upon them. Every "liberated" former soviet republic chooses their government by free and fair elections.

Nato is a military alliance that has been fighting a war against Russia since Nato's inception in 59.

Both sides have been forced to play by extraordinary rules of war, due to M.A.D.

And of course Nato has always been America's tool for aggression and was actually used as such when the UN refused it's blessing of wars.

In the best of all worlds, there will soon be a mutually agreeable peace agreement reached for the Ukraine.

Please school me. Because with Trump in the white house, he was constantly attacking and threatening to withdraw from, and thereby dismantling NATO.

Once NATO was effectively dismantled with the withdrawl of the USA, the remaining NATO countries wouldn't have the resources to go it alone.

And if you think Trump didn't try to withdraw from NATO, just ask John Kelly (chief of staff) and John Bolton (national security advisor) who had to talk Trump out of it.

You're claiming that NATO is an invasion force now?
Can you list the countries that NATO has taken over since 1959.

Dec 31, 2021 — Russia test-fired around 10 new Tsirkon (Zircon) hypersonic cruise missiles from a frigate and two more from a submarine

If it wasn't a more or less friendly war, Russia would rain down hundreds and hundreds of cruise missiles on the Ukraine, as was done by America on Iraq.
Personally, I very much hope it stays limited to Russia's attack on strategic targets and never becomes something similar to Kosovo in which cruise missiles were rained down with impunity on the civilian population.
1. Russia is raining down hundreds of cruise missiles on Ukrainian cities, duh.
2. In Kosovo the Yugoslavs killed more than 10,000 and expelled about 848,000 Albanians. The US was part of NATO, and didn't "rain down" cruise missiles on civilians, like the Russians are doing. LIAR.

By the end of the war, the Yugoslavs had killed 1,500 to 2,131 combatants, while choosing to heavily target Kosovar Albanian civilians, with 8,676 killed or missing and some 848,000 expelled from Kosovo.
The NATO bombing killed about 1,000 members of the Yugoslav security forces in addition to between 489 and 528 civilians.

Russia better fire them now, in a few months Russia will be bankrupt and be selling them like they sold their BE-4 engines.

Only 1/10 of NATO members have nuclear weapons.
