Is it Possible for Israel and Palestine to Peacefully Coexist?

The West Bank is occupied by Palestinians who do not belong there. Israel conquered the West Bank during the Six Day War on 1967.
And….may I remind the antisemites on this thread….that was AFTER Syria, Jordon, and Egypt surrounded Israel and were ready to strike at daybreak, wiping Israel off the map.

Yeah, so easy-peasy that one can only wonder why this conflict hadn't been solved years ago. One of the most solvable conflicts in the world. The only thing that was needed to do was taking out from an equation some minor problems - decades (centuries?)-long animosity, several wars, a number of terrorist acts, seized land and property, some number of replaced people, a great influx of immigrants from other parts of the world, religious dogmas. And here we go - peaceful co-existence, and common religious parties in shared holy sites.

Yes, the Jewish people have a right on self-determination, the Arab people also do. And both of them want their own state. Here, there is also only one minor problem - these 'wannabe' states overlap each other, and for one of them to exist the other one should disappear in thin air.
As I said, the SOLUTION is simple. Some number of states have been formed in exactly this way. Why is this conflict different?

So far, I haven't seen any solution proposals. Only wishful thinking.

Because the Muslims want all Israeli Jews dead and have been indoctrinated since babyhood to think that way.

When the Arabs decide they love their children more than they hate Jews, only THEN will there be peace. (Credit to Golda Meir.)

Yes, of course.
I've said it, but it was a while ago and it may not have been on a thread that you were following. Israel divides the Mandate territory into three Provinces: Israel, Gaza, Palestine. Each is governed independently under overall Israeli control. In fifty years, Gaza and Palestine hold a referendum to remain part of Israel or for independence.

And in the process, they expand their settlement policy in the West Bank to make sure it remains their territory.

Not if only Palestinian citizens are eligible for the independence referendum.

Edited to add: the POINT of the referendum is Palestinian independence. Why would Israeli citizens have a vote for whether or not Palestine becomes a State?

Do I understand you right that after 50 years the West Bank will hold a referendum where only 'Palestinian' citizens will be eligible to vote, and this territory (including all three Areas) can declare its independence as a result of this referendum?

Which all three areas do you mean? Areas A, B and C?

Probably A and B and parts of C. It will depend on security requirements. But something that will give Palestine a workable (contiguous) state in the future.

Oh, "parts'. And for some reasons for you it is a workable solution for the Arabs to agree on 50 years of 'occupation" by Israel, and to give 'parts' of their land to Israel afterwards.

Why is it not a workable solution? The Arabs get 50 years of Israeli investment into their economy, growth, and development. They get 50 years free from terror and war and corrupt government. They get 50 years of not being educated to slaughter Jews. And at the end of it all they can have a state if that is what they want.
