Seriously? There is no great art from The Dark Ages in the West because western civilization had collapsed under oppression of the church to consolidate their rule and society ground to a halt with most living in ignorance, suffering and poverty. People were being burned at the stake just for questioning ideas, the church, or authority. Helluva time to want to paint something (which was expensive) and just hoped that your art didn't piss off the wrong person.
AS to what Christianity generally otherwise inspires, for starters, why not start with every great church built in Europe over the last, what, thousand years like Notre Dame.
If this isn't inspired to create such beauty out of millions of delicate pieces all made by hand, I don't know what is.
