At $1/Barrel, those tolls will quickly be reclaimed when we start confiscating their oil.

Yes, no ship can transit through the Strait without insurance. And I got to be honest, I don't see any ships steaming in that direction and I don't see any insurance being sold for ships transiting the Strait. And these tolls, they are only making matters worse. There are hundreds, probably more than a thousand, ships stuck there now. They have insurance, and paying a toll just might be considered ransom, throwing the cost to the insurer.
