Of course they are about to say that. Once their oil production is destroyed... and that would happen within a month should the US blockade continue.... there will be no more Iranian war machine. Their people completely starved of fuel will create internal unrest and the IRGC fractured as they are cannot be everywhere at once to put down demonstrations... plus dealing with the U.S.
