If you need anti-depressants, then you're already dealing with mental issues. So is it the drugs causing them to go the extreme engaging in a mass shooting, or is it because they are already emotionally ill?

Drugs arent the cause. Most of them refuse to take drugs. Since they all have mental illness they are goinf=g to be on drugs at some point. Research has shown zero connection with drugs and violent behavior

So what has changed? None of this really started happening until the 1990's. The only thing I can think of is the drugs.

Time course is important. Time of treatment is important. There are psychological effects when first taking drugs and 3-4 weeks later when they start working.

Are you aware of the risks of both? I had a good friend that died at 52 years of age from the damage to her liver caused by acetominophen. Also, if you are not aware, aspirin has its own risks. The medical establishment has changed their recommendations for people on aspirin therapy to reduce their usage from 81 mg/day to 81 mg/every other day due to the adverse effects. I take both and I've had no adverse effects, but that doesn't mean that I just discount the studies and try to convince people there is no basis for concern. LOL, if a gun mfr. told you not to put a loaded gun in your mouth and pull the trigger, would you do it?

Do you really believe that medical science has all the answers? What is medicine for one might to poison to another. And the shootings really started happening in the 1990's, which is in line with when people began to get medicated.

There is no valid study that link these drugs to any effects and I dont see any citations.
People on anti depressants are already depressed. Depression can lead to suicide not the drugs.

My point was that we if there was a correlation of data between SSRI use and school shootings, that wouldn’t necessarily mean causation
