NO THEY HAVE NOT. Only the early charges were minor. 781 people have been charged. So far, only 71 have had their cases heard. And those were the least serious charges.

Well, we certainly want poster Claudette to be right about the gun-toters paying an appropriate price.

As far as 'most' being charged with tresspassing........yeah, to date, that is probably right from a sheer numbers standpoint.

However, some stratifying is appropriate: Those who have only been identified by videos or their own dumbassery on social media as just taking selfies and maybe high-fiving each other.....yeah, it's a tresspass charge. We can hope that the financial cost is substantial, and maybe a few days in jail, and a long probation. It WAS trespass....but not to the local 7/11....it was to the Capitol Building of the United States of America. So, let's call it 'tresspass on steroids'.
Still, America need not be too alarmed over the self-absorbed picture takers.

For those where video or their social-media dumbassery shows them to be one of the hallway poopers; one of the blokes who stole signage, or podiums, or an urn, or inkpens.......well, those folks need to get a bigger slap, maybe a boot to the butt....bigger fine, more onerous probation. And an even a bigger boot-to-the-butt for those who stole legislators paperwork or laptops. Those folks were vandals, petty thieves, hooligans. But as we all well recognize this wasn't the same as shoplifting at Wal-Mart. It was the Capitol of the United States of America. The cost for doing such must be steeper.

Then we come to a couple of other categories that America most certainly needs to consider far differently than the high-fivers and the vandals.

Assaulting a federal officer. Go get 'em, keep 'em locked up till their trials. Charge 'em hard and prosecute 'em vigorously. Blue Lives Matter.
And allow the cops or their insurance carriers to sue the hell outta the assaulters that have been shown to be an assaulter. Call it a double-tap on those dicks.

Let's turn over every rock, peek under every flooboard....and root out each and every 'conspirator', no matter how many or high or how low they may be. Get 'em all.
And once that is done, and indictments for sedition, maybe insurrection, etc. then put the DOJ's ace trial prosecutors on 'em.....and convict the guilty ones for long long sentences. A message must be sent.

In the end as you can see, not all of the MAGAMob's Dicks & Karens of January 6th were the same. There were gradations of offenses. We can parse that out. Spank those who are guilty of anything that afternoon......spank 'em according to the degree of offense.
