Inspectors General Refuse Trumps Illegal Firing Order

One more time, he’s not the president. He’s a dude living in a gaudy house who used to be the president.

There is no part of the law that exempts former presidents.

You keep making up shit because you can’t admit he fucked up and deserved to be prosecuted.

He was the President, and the documents were created under his authority as President.

There is no part of the law that says they can't have access either.

As for the rest of it, you are the idiots trying to keep this topical, when the American people have rejected it. So,

Who gives a shit if they were created under his “authority”? He loses all authority once Biden is sworn in.

He can have access to his presidential records, in a controlled secured location that those classified documents are stored in. Not by hiding them in his basement. Obviously.

Yes, the law against hiding classified documents applies to everyone. There’s no need for every law to say “oh and this also applies to former presidents”. That’s stupid.

That remains to be adjudicated, but all that has stopped because the primary goal of stopping him from running again failed, miserably.

Again, not hiding, they knew they were there.

It's possessing, not hiding, and since they were created under his Presidency, him having them can't be illegal.

“Remains to be adjudicated” is a cop out.

The primary goal was to secure classified document as the law requires.

You keep making shit up about “they knew they were there”. You have nothing to support that fantasy.

What logic leads you to believe it can’t be illegal for him to keep classified documents just because they were made during his presidency? Explain that.

The Primary goal was to prevent Trump from running for election again. They failed. And Georgia failed, and NY failed.

You have nothing to support that they didn't know.

Because they are classified under his powers, and if he wants to take them and declassify them, no one can stop him short of impeaching him if he does it for criminal reasons.

What do I have to support that they didn't know? Well, there's the Congressional testimony of the people from NARA that were involved.

What do you have? That's right. Nothing.

If he wanted to claim they were declassified, he had AMPLE time to tell the DoJ that during the course of the investigation. He didn't. Not once. In the absence of any reason to believe they were actually declassified, the DoJ would obviously act as though they were classified.

That's just common sense. The kind that your partisan hack brain can't handle.

Ironically, the new IG act protecting IG's from arbitrarily being fired was enacted as a response to trump firing IG's in his first term.

The National Defense Authorization Act, which President Biden signed into law today, contains important reforms to protect inspectors general from opportunistic removal and replacement by the president. This appears to be the first statutory reform to address a problem with executive branch accountability that became salient during Donald Trump’s presidency.

More testimony from Dem hacks. Useless.

He told them to fuck off, which is what he should have done.

Still harping on this after the race is over, and you lost.

Sad and Pathetic, like most of your posts, and probably your lonely soi boi cuck life.

Adult-You cannot do that anymore
Child-I will continue because no repercussions in the 4 years of my life
Me: New 4 years just started kiddo

You know nothing about these guys, yet you decide they're Dem hacks. That's just fucking pathetic, Marty. Yet another instance where you have to make shit up to justify your narrative.

Telling the DoJ to fuck off carries consequences. I know it's hard for hacks like you to consider the fact that behavior has consequences, because you're all just a bunch of fucking children.

What’s the matter martybegan? Not interested in dealing with the fact that you can’t tell law enforcement to fuck off without consequences? They come back. Sometimes with a warrant.

I know enough about them, hack.

The DOJ works for the President, not the other way around. The false concept of an independent DOJ needs to be ended.

25 min gap in a non-real-time message board and you think I am running?

I don't run, I just stop when I get tired of your bullshit. Get over yourself.

Inflated sense of self importance, the cornerstone of the SJW nitwit.

You don’t know anything about them.

Trump wasn’t president and the DoJ wasn’t working for him. Last I checked the DoJ works for the American people. Your authoritarianism keeps poking through.

Telling the DoJ to fuck off then whining when they make you pay the consequences of your own decisions is the exact kind of entitled childish bullshit MAGA is famous for.

No, the DOJ works for the President, who is elected by a population weighted vote of the individual States. know the system before you talk about it.

The DOJ now works for Trump, or whoever is left after he gets rid of the hacks, the deadweight, and the poison pill leftovers.

Okay dude.

Still avoiding the fact that your advocating telling the DoJ to go fuck off and then whine when there’s consequences for those decisions.

Your entire narrative is built upon completely baseless fallacies.

Not avoiding anything, you just have your precious little world construct, and you don't have the ability to leave it.

You’re avoiding explaining why you think the government “knew they were there”, in addition to explaining your other delusions.

And you keep harping a moot point. Trump Won. Partly because of this and other witch hunts.

But by all means try it again.
