Inspectors General Refuse Trumps Illegal Firing Order

You keep dodging the point.

The point is that no one should be surprised the government prosecuted someone hiding highly classified documents in their basement. The idea that this is all just political defies logic.

And you keep ignoring reality.

And yet Biden was let off the hook for doing things far worse, because he did it before he was President.

There’s no better or worse when it comes to having classified documents because of who you were.

You’re either authorized to have them or you aren’t.

What makes these things worse is having a lot of them, or having highly classified documents or taking efforts to hide them from the government.

In Trump’s case, he broke a lot of laws trying to hide them from the government.

That’s a big deal.

That said, if the DoJ wants to go prosecute Biden for having classified documents, they have a pretty decent case against him.

Trump was authorized because he was President when they were classified. All classification flows from his elected office.

He "broke" some admin archiving law, that probably involved copies of documents the archives already had.

It should all be dropped, but you clowns can't do that, because you are all like Ahab chasing the white whale.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and the committee’s top Democrat, Dick Durbin (Illinois), on Tuesday demanded that President Donald Trump “immediately” comply with the law by giving Congress the required 30-day notice regarding the firing of inspectors general from 18 offices.

You're a fool.

Barking up the wrong tree

SCOTUS HAS SPOKEN

PRESIDENT TRUMP IS THE CONSDTITUTIONAL CHIEF OF THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH

HENCE HE CAN FIRE ANYONE FOR WHATEVER REASON HE DEEMS APPROPIATE

Seila Law LLC v. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

Holding: The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s leadership by a single director removable only for inefficiency, neglect or malfeasance violates the separation of powers.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it

All information flows through the president. Sure. He wasn’t president. He doesn’t have authorization to retain that information. You’re just making shit up.

He broke the same laws we prosecute everyone else with when they’re found to be hiding classified documents.

He has the authorization to possess it when he was President, and if it was just copies, it's not like the government was missing the information.

Biden's shit stayed in garages and such for a fucking decade.

He's not subject to those laws because he is/was/is the President.

No one said Biden isn’t subject to the laws. You’re the only one trying to invent reasons to excuse Trump’s obvious illegal behavior.

And yes, even people who were at one time president are still subject to the laws after they leave office. The law doesn’t have any sections that say “oh it’s okay for a former president to hide classified documents in his basement”.

The DoJ takes this pretty seriously and if you weren’t such a hack you’d realize that.

I'm not inventing anything, I'm saying the whole thing is chickenshit. It's a squabble with archives,

They were stored in a secured area.

The Biden DOJ should have worried about getting rid of illegals, not gunning for a former President.

Another reason you lost the election.

Sure you are. You’re inventing a fantasy that all former presidents are hiding classified documents in their basement for no reason. You’re inventing some legal principle where the law about classified documents doesn’t apply to former presidents, which makes no sense and has no basis in reality. You’re inventing them being stored in a “secure area” which is absurd.

You’ve never heard of the DoJ going after a former government official hiding classified documents? Of course you have.

Have classified documents. and since the archives knew he had them, he wasn't hiding anything.

Meanwhile Biden had his for decades and even he didn't know he had them.

The President isn't a government official, he IS the government, at least the elected executive of our government.

You’re inventing the idea that the archives “knew he had them”. They didn’t.

He was a government official. He WAS. Once he’s no longer in office, he’s no longer “the government” (not even getting into how freakishly authoritarian that statement is).

You’ve had to invent so many falsehoods to paint this as some political act.

Then why did they ask for them? They knew he had them. They made a clerical issue into a criminal "case"

No, the President isn't a Government official, he IS the government, at least the elected leader of the executive.

And you keep hammering at a point THAT LOST YOU THE FUCKING ELECTION YOU DUMBASS.

The archives asked for some nonclassified documents that they thought were important. Trump sent a bunch of boxes that contained classified documents in them (to their surprise), at which point the archives got the DoJ involved.

If we lost the election because of this, maybe it’s because Trump was successfully able to brainwash you morons into believing lies about it.

Aren’t you proud?

Welcome, IGs, to the Resistance!

Convicted felon attempts to cover up more crimes.

He should keep in mind that the immunity ruling from SCOTUS only covers official acts relating to his duties of the office. It does not cover any crimes not part of those official duties.

The firings are blatantly illegal. They were appointed and approved by the Legislative Branch. Huge over reach

And again, Biden had the same or worse, stored worse, for longer and with less authorization.

Actually it's because many people saw through the bullshit and the lawfare, and that Dems are more worried about illegals and chicks with dicks.

The legislative branch appointing anyone in the executive branch is unconstitutional.

They can advise and consent, but they can't appoint. That's up to the President.

Not sure how someone has “less” authorization when neither had ANY authorization. How is zero less than zero?

What you saw is clouded by the made up shit your cult got you to believe. Without that, you’d have to come to terms with reality.

You pretend like the government bureaucracy has more power than the elected President.

LOL, reality like women having penises?

One more time, he’s not the president. He’s a dude living in a gaudy house who used to be the president.

There is no part of the law that exempts former presidents.

You keep making up shit because you can’t admit he fucked up and deserved to be prosecuted.
