Inspectors General Refuse Trumps Illegal Firing Order

Too bad on your part if you can't comprehend it.

The purpose of an IG is written into law, where the law oversteps its bounds is saying congress has to be notified if Trump wants to replace said IG's.
It’s the mental gymnastics that you go through to justify anything Trump does.

The laws say how the president is allowed to execute them. That’s what laws do.

This part of the law places one unconstitutional burden on the President, the congressional notification of termination. The rest of the law is fine.

And where does the constitution define what burden the legislature can and can’t place on him?

That's up to the Supreme Court to figure out, if the Dems want to fight Trump on this.
Ah. So this is another situation where SCOTUS gets to make some shit up that’s not in the constitution for the benefit of Trump.

Heard this one before.

It wouldn't make a difference whether or not it was President Trump ... It applies to every President.

Congress is more than welcome to try and Impeach President Trump ...
But as far as the laws are concerned ... The Department of Justice also falls under the Executive Branch.

It's called the Executive Branch because the President is the Chief Executive.
The Chief Executive's job is to execute laws and policies through the Departments under the Executive Branch.

Again ... Congress can try to Impeach the President ...
But it looks more like people pissing and whining like you that are the ones having to contort their logic.

It benefits the country. If you are here on a green card, your kids can be citizens. If you are here illegally, your kids cannot.

It's very simple, and way overdue.

Why change the constitution when you can just have 5 judges change it for you?

If Joe Biden had illegally fired17 IG's without cause Gym Jordan would be launching an investigation and MTG would be writing articles of impeachment.

Biden would never do that because he's part of their system.

Well, no. This is what happens when enough voters ignore the Jan. 6 insurrection to elect an authoritarian leader because the recovery from COVID caused global inflation.

You guys loved it when it created things like Roe.

At least here the question is simple, what does "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" mean when it comes to people here illegally and their offspring?
Of course it means whatever is politically expedient! Words don’t mean anything anymore.
