Nobody really knows what's in that bill. Like the Pelosi quote, the general consensus among the Democrats and some "Republicans" is "We have to pass the bill to see what's in it."

Capitalism will always search out the best market and that can sometimes by cheaper foreign labour. It's one of the reasons why many American corporations skipped off to China.

That is, unless some controls are placed on corporations to limit what is seen to be it's limits imposed by the country.

Americans have quite happily allowed companies and corporations to be totally uninhibited capitalists!

Many of the extreme right assholes on this forum would argue for the corps to have unrestricted rights, right up until they see and understand the facts. Then of course they will turn rabid and start frothing at the mouth at whoever has taken the time to help them learn something.

Wrongo. The reason American corporation outsource to foreign countries was because of organized labor. Had they not been forever trying to extort corporations for ungodly amounts of money, those corporations would have told them to go fuck themselves.

Cheap labor has even unsuccessfully tried to unionize their workers, as did Cesar Chavez when he tried to organize the farm workers. Therefore those farming companies told him to fuck off and hired illegals to pick their crops.

Union labor does nothing except to raise the price the consumers have to pay, and to force companies to outsource, just to maintain a profit.

Ungodly amounts of money. I get your point.
But that's how capitalism works and so the system has methods to deal with that issue.

But the corporations didn't deal with is according to capitalist methods and instead ran off to China. Or somewhere else. Or any number of ways to short circuit the capitalist system.

But still, I question your point because there are many instances of working class Americans working part time jobs with no benefits, for very low wages.

But no excuses are rational for those corporations. They didn't deal with the problems at home, but jumped ship to China.

Capitalism grants them the right to do that. The system will always search out the most lucrative market place.

Do you want some sort of modifications to the capitalist system? Some limitations to the rights of either workers or employers?
