Indonesian student detained by Ice after US secretly revokes his visa

Sure, happens all the time. You support splitting the family up and having her perhaps go on welfare?
Why would you want them split up? He can take her with him. And then come back in the right way, rather than violating the terms of his Visa.

Why would the family split up? Seems like a bad choice for the family

By all accounts once again, he was doing it the right way. He had a green card hearing set up.

This sounds like the American nightmare. An authoritarian atate bringing its weight to bear on one man.

So much for smal government.

This youngster is married to an american woman and is father to an american child. Following his arrest he has lost his job and his wife fears they wiill lose their home. His family have also lost their healthcare which is a further punishment under the bizarre american system.

This is Kafkas america. Arrested in some convoluted scheme while making a bomb in his garage. Only joking. He was arressted in work at a hospital.

America is now a fascist state.
The article you posted says this guy got nabbed doing graffiti and is a Gaza (Hamas) supporter. He bears investigating. You guys voted for the Biden invasion now you cry like babies.

Musk came here on student visa graduated from UPenn then went to Stanford, dropped out, and got a H1-B visa

And is now a US citizen

This guy didn’t even try to get a H1-B visa

You continue to defend lawlessness

Leftists only like the laws that jive with their feelings. All other laws are mean.

Kafkas is a guest in OUR country, not yours, and is not entitled to the same free speech rights the US citizens enjoy
So much for the MAGAt idea of the Constitution.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
