The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has killed a member of the Ukrainian delegation at the talks with Russia, Denis Kireev. This was stated by a member of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Dubinsky, reports RIA Novosti.

Presumably, Kireev was suspected of high treason, tried to resist arrest, and was killed.
