Not only does it not say personal email use is illegal, but it also EXPLICITLY TALKS ABOUT HOW TO PROPERLY USE PERSONAL EMAIL.

“Secretary Clinton should have preserved any Federal records she created and received on her personal account by printing and filing those records with the related files in the Office of the Secretary,” the report states. “At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the Department’s policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act.”

The report also notes that she had an “obligation to discuss using her personal email account” but did not get permission from the people who would have needed to approve the technology, who said they would not have done so, if they had been asked.

She violated the Federal Records Act with her illegal server, the server was illegal because she never got it approved, nor would she had had she tried to get it approved....hence it was illegal

..... There is nothing in those quotes about illegal email servers and it in fact talks about how to properly handle emails you have on your personal accounts.

So what the **** are you talking about?? It is not possible to properly handle business records on private email servers if it's illegal.

Do you have some sort of mental disability that prevents you from understanding this simple concept? How many times does it need to be explained to you?
