I’m so pissed. Military members’ paychecks will see $0.00 from the $130 million donation to the Pentagon!

No, it is isnt.

The president levies tarrifs.

Why do you hate the troops so much that you play amateur lawyer to oppose their getting even a paltry $100?

If Trump's idea is against the law, professional jurists will say so.
A gift from a friend is not Congressionally appropriated money nitwit

you and the libtard are wrong. They’ll get $0.00.
But I love that best bet is a $100 gift card. LOL

Someone tried to step up and it rankles you. Why? You don't support the troops and it's obvious...and no conservative would take your stance

And stop reporting people when it's thrown in your face.

It’s not LEGAL. I guess you’re too stupid to understand that

Regardless of legality someone tried to step up and it made your sphincter pucker.

Now stop annoying people with your left loon crap

Sassy, military members get paid on October 31. Will they see some of this donation?

Which court case said that?

Dude, you need to stop taking legal advice from Tik Tok.
A legal scholar is quoted in the link provided in the original post, and you you just told a member of this board that only legal scholars can speak about this. Well, here you go.
“David Super, the Carmack Waterhouse professor of law and economics at Georgetown University Law Center, said while Congress has given the government a broad authority to accept gifts, spending those funds without congressional appropriation would be unconstitutional and a violation of the Antideficiency Act.”

You heard me and your charade is past tiresome. I may start reporting you. Tit for tat
Sassy got so pissed off when I asked him if he thinks military members will get paid on their next paycheck from that donation that he threatened to report me for asking that question.
No joke.
Proof that liberals are not the only snowflakes.

You're not understanding something. I think you're a weak kneed fraud. You're no conservative and when confronted you run to mods to help you

Someone tried to help military families and it has upset you. You're no conservative, just a pretender and I will expose you

It is fine for a lawyer to make any argument they want on behalf of whatever they are advocating, which in this case is making sure that troops suffer as much as possible during the selective shutdown.

But until the USSC rules, there is no way to determine that this action is not legal.

So… are they getting their share of the Melon money on the next paycheck of October 31? I mean, you say it’s legal so they will get paid until the Supreme Court says they can’t get paid . correct?

That works out to roughly $100 per military person.

Whoop-de-fuckin’-doo!
