he was never fired or disciplined at any of them. most were part time work and left on his own. press making big deal out of nothing.

A woman is dead. I wouldn't call that "nothing".

Also, Logan County dismissed him after an investigation where he engaged in an unnecessary chase, and wrote a report where the video contradicted his version of events.

This guy was a bad apple, and even a half-ass background check would have found he was a problem officer.
