To commemorate president Obama’s shitty immigration policy, a 6-times deported illegal alien murdered 3 people in Oregon. Don’t worry, democrats like presidential nominee Hillary Clinton assure us that these illegal aliens are just looking for a better life and strengthen our country.

KATU reports that police have arrested Bonifacio Oseguera-Gonzalez on three counts of aggravated murder and one count of attempted aggravated murder. Officials say on Monday he shot and killed Katie “Katalina” Gildersleeve, Ruben Rigoberto-Reyes and Edmundo Amaro-Bajonero at a farmhouse in Marion County, OR. Refugio Modesto-DeLaCruz was also shot by Gonzalez and is fighting for his life in intensive care.

Katalina Gildersleeve survived the initial shooting but died at the hospital. Police say they were able to get a suspect and vehicle description from the survivors and after an APB, captured Gonzalez driving on the highway a short time later.

KOMO confirms that Gonzalez is an illegal alien from Mexico. Since 2003 he has been deport 6 times. The news doesn’t say what crimes this guy was convicted of to get deported, but they were likely felonies. Getting caught re-entering the country is also a felony so it’s possible this asshole piece of shit had a dozen major convictions under his belt before he committed these murders.

Yes, the immigration system is broken, but not the way the democrats would have us believe.

Katalina Gildersleeve’s mother said that her daughter was picking up her boyfriend who worked on an adjacent farm. She said Gildersleeve didn’t know the shooter or the other victims and was probably just hanging out until her boyfriend got off of work. Those are some unfortunate circumstances made worse by Obamas unfortunate lack of immigration enforcement.

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump tweeted about the case Friday, saying the suspect "should have never been here."

Two men who lived at the blueberry farm in the Willamette Valley town of Woodburn, in northwest Oregon, died at the scene of Monday's shooting. The third victim, the girlfriend of another resident who was not home at the time, was pronounced dead at a hospital. A third man was seriously wounded but survived and is able to speak with investigators.

The Oregon State Police arrested Oseguera-Gonzalez a few hours later on Interstate 84 in the Columbia River Gorge, about 100 miles northeast of Woodburn. He acknowledged to authorities in an interview that he shot four people, according to a probable cause statement.

The victims were identified as Ruben Rigoberto-Reyes, 60; Edmundo Amaro-Bajonero, 26; and Katie Gildersleeve, 30, of Logsden.

Authorities have released few details about the case, including the relationship between Oseguera-Gonzalez and the victims, and have declined to specify a motive.

Get deported once, come back, and the second time you're caught you get five years hard labor -- with the alternative of being locked in a 6x6x6 cell with one meal a day.

I'm sure this Bill will be passed but I don't think it has real teeth. It might have an effect on a native American whose life, even at the poverty/welfare level, is luxurious compared to some destitute Mexican peasant who simply will not be intimidated by the prospect of "three hots and a cot" in a relatively comfortable American prison.

This "Kate's Law" needs to promise a penalty which is substantially more unpleasant than the ordinarily miserable daily experience of a Mexican peasant.
