Proactively tracking the whereabouts of ICE agents is generally considered legally protected under First Amendment rights as long as it occurs in public spaces and does not involve physical interference. However, actions that intentionally disrupt or physically impede federal law enforcement operations can lead to serious federal criminal charges.

If what she did was illegal she should have been arrested or issued a summons. It should never have escalated to a kill or be killed situation. That is on ICE.

They were trying to arrest her for obstruction and impeding. She resisted and drove towards the ICE Officer. The officer standing in front of the vehicle argument is only going to go so far against the driver’s pre-meditated, calculated plan to disrupt ICE. She was not on her way home from work or the store nor did she make a wrong turn.
