Every McD's I go into is staffed with migrants not our kids... and don't tell me they are not...
How does these companies not fall under the equal opportunity act, wherefore applicant's are given equal opportunity under the law ?
Whenever you go into any business, and you see one race be it white, black, Mexican American or other dominating the employee make up, and it being seen in very diverse communities, then you can easily see hiring practices that are in violation of the equal opportunity laws in such area's.
Now yes it depends on the make up of the area's as to what you might see as a dominating race factor taking place within the employee make up, but in very diversified racial make up area's, otherwise be it in cities and towns that are like that, then we should also be seeing a heavily diversified make up of the employee's that are working in these businesses.
If see one race of people dominating an employee make up in a very diversified area, then there is the possibility of the exploitation of a group of individual's being worked in a business as a preference for possibly nefarious reasons or there is a hiring preference taking place in which violates the equal opportunity law's.
Now this is not about promoting racial quotas or anything of the sort, when infact it's the opposite of such a thing, otherwise that gives everyone a chance based on merit and character instead of race or status surrounding one's racial make up.
Places such as these being spoken of may need to be investigated for abuse or ignoring the equal opportunity act, and therefore this is because they are hiring based upon criteria that doesn't meet the standards that should be based upon merit and character as well as the employee needing to pass an interview based upon said standards only.
Hiring based upon race or migrant status in heavily diversified area's should be investigated, and then action taken against the employer that is doing this type of thing.
