Yep, I've seen the YouTube videos on the super max El Salvadorian prison. 30 gang members each living in multiple big cell's together. Very organized and structured prison for the baddest of the bad.

Stay tuned... The main thing is that the deadly one's are going out first, and that's the most important thing to do first.
