He was guilty of the crimes they created in the juror's mind. Too bad that none of them existed and the judge prevented them from hearing testimony from witnesses who could prove those crimes did not actually exist and forbade the defense from even discussing it.

No, that's a lie and the demented old man is in the white house right now. So it's like this:
People are saying that Biden was a vegetable while others ran the country. Woodrow Wilson's health condition was concealed following a stroke that left him incapacitated. FDR's handicap was covered up. I believe Eisenhower had a heart attack while in office, and his health was kept under wraps. It is said that Reagan was in the early stages of Alzheimer’s in his last term. We didn't see all this then. Trump lied over 30,000 times in his first presidency, yet people talk about Biden. Now the fact that Trump lied so much is a problem, but the bigger problem would be that he really believes the lies he is telling are true. That is dementia. Biden struggling to answer questions is old age. Trump shutting down and dancing on stage for 30 minutes is another show of his decline, but for some reason his age wasn’t made a big issue.
Whoever was running the country during the Biden presidency took us out of COVID. Whoever was running the country passed very beneficial legislation that Republicans opposed and now give themselves credit for. Whoever was running the country organized NATO to help Ukraine defend itself. Whoever was running the country deported more people than Trump. Whoever was running the country had serious border legislation sabotaged by Trump. Whoever was running the country rebuilt the economy and left Trump with the best economy on earth. If that person had dementia, then we need more leaders with dementia. Whoever was leading the country then still needs to be leading it now.

I saw a man get kicked out of being a volunteer because he had financial impropriety. So you're defending a criminal while talking about how others should be punished for crimes.

Wrong. Trump willingly invited this woman to his room, then decided to take off his pants. He wanted to **** this woman. That makes Trump the whore. That's a photo op. Try understanding the truth. If Trump weren't president and were a normal person, he couldn't get security clearance in the white house. He couldn't work as a custodian on the white house grounds because of his record.

At prima facie there was a sexual encounter with his woman who has a very widely known, archived history of sexual acts of all varieties and inputs for money. He wanted to hide it from Melania and his family primarily.
Most first time offenders to accounting crimes certainly one where there is no criminal act where there is a victim, theft or impropriety are fined and adjudication withheld.
