If you're old enough to qualify to be drafted, it only stands to reason that the nation would entrust you with picking it's leaders who may send you off to war as well.

I'll take it a step further. Automatically register you to vote AND send specific instructions on how to obtain an ID for FREE if you don't already have one.

They would be tagged as non citizens in the SSA system. Are you saying we cant set up a filter in the software to automatically spit out a list of every male US citizen who turned 18 in a given month? This isn't rocket science.
