I guess military recruitment must be really sucking right now if they have to scrape up 42 year olds for our endless wars.

When I was on active duty, the maximum age you were allowed to join was 35.

When I looked up the ages of the 13 servicemembers Trump got killed, I was shocked how old some of them were. One was 54 years old.

Nope not me I am too old. My sons on the other hand could get the call. My eldest boy just got out of the Marine Corps two years ago. Prolly won't get sent over there but likely to be right back to 29 Palms. My youngest boy just got a really good job as Engineer at Honda. Both in a good place right now I would rather not have that disrupted.
