If we can’t validate the election results for 20 years. Does trump remain?

So I see a lot of ppl getting ballots sent to them, that doesn’t belong to them. And it’s August.. democrats are cheating on a wide scale and it will take years to figure out if the person is alive if it’s mailed out, and ballot harvesting.. so I ask democrats is it worth it? Trump in office unable to leave until every vote counts?

Yep!

This thread is a prime example of the general inability to present reasoned points. There is a lot of wishful thinking and speculation about a subject that can be objectively evaluated by looking at the Constitution. It has nothing to do with anyone's opinion or political likes or dislikes.
If no winner is clear, no candidate replaces the current President, and the current President is no longer President after 20/01/2021. If the House is also not clearly settled and the Speaker thus not in place, a Senator not up for election in the cycle and serving as President pro tempore of the Senate would fill the post of POTUS. What other options does the Constitution offer?

Keep in mind, in most states the margin between Biden and Trump will be such that irregularities cannot make any difference. And if there are enough of such states with clear winners that either Trump or Biden has the 270 already, the election would be over, even if, say, Pennsylvania, were still in some doubt. Nobody would care.

The House would be much more problematic, because there could be a LOT of seats where the margins of victory require an accurate count.

Clearly, Trump was right and the election should be delayed until such time as in-person voting could be the norm.

In the interim, Trump would serve as President-pro-tem, lacking authority to veto legislation, issue EO's, pardons, or commute sentences.
If there is no clearly elected candidate, the current President would no longer be after 20/01/2021.
You "dislike" the Constitution, apparently.

Try reading the Constitution.

A president's and vice-Presidents term ends in 4 years.

Absent a validly elected President and vice-president the Speaker of the house becomes President.

I'd expect that Congressional (House of Representatives) elections would be valid since they're done on a district by district basis. It would be impossible to invalidate all of them.

In that case the Speaker of the house would become President.

Otherwise, you're correct.

1. WTF does the House Speaker have to do with replacing the president? On or about January 3rd there will be a new speaker, either Nancy or say Jim Jordan. That conflicts with your Senate narrative of the Senate votes for a temp prez.
2. Lets say that Shumer is President pro tempore if only 2/3 of the Senate gets to vote. When would the senate vote for the pro tempore? January 3rd? January 19th? When?

Read the post again as you evidently missed this part: " If the House is also not clearly settled and the Speaker thus not in place, a Senator not up for election in the cycle and serving as President pro tempore of the Senate would fill the post of POTUS. "

No Nancy Pelosi will take the helm.
No she wont. If she tried, the following court battle would take years. Trump isnt going anywhere until the votes show that Biden won.

Trumps term ends in 4 years. That is certain.
Ok, but when would the Senate declare the election void if neither candidate gets 270 EC votes?
If the new senate takes power in early January, why would only 2/3 of the senate vote?
I'm not seeing an ironclad date certain when the EC election is declared void.
The Bush-Gore mess in FL went on for months until the USSC decided. So I can see the Republicans wanting to wait until McConnell gets sworn in again before declaring the election void.
If the mail-in votes are a total mess this election will be a Constitutional Crisis like no other.

No.
