And it’s August.. democrats are cheating on a wide scale and it will take years to figure out if the person is alive if it’s mailed out, and ballot harvesting.. so I ask democrats is it worth it? If Congress specifically doesn't recognize a clear winner by Jan. 20, 2020 the Secret Service and all Federal agencies will be obligated to recognize the Constitutional order of succession. Do you think the military will challenge Congress and the Secret Service?

I believe the President Pro Tempore would take the office, and that would currently be Grassley. BUT, if the Congressional elections count and go Democrat, then the President Pro Tempore would be a Democrat, I reckon.
