Being the offspring of God insinuates that we are his through procreation.

I’ve been considering that for 24 years; since I walked away from the church on 8/22/2001. Honestly it can’t be any worse than what your God has done to me for the last 51 years and did to my father at the end of his life. I have no interest in being in the presence of your God for even a nanosecond.

Then you never understood where we came from, why we are here and where we are going. You chose to come here and not go with Lucifer (Satan). Everything was shown to us to make an informed decision. You understood why it's necessary to progress and that our Father in Heaven did exactly what he asks us to do. You even knew when, where and with who you would be sent to on this earth and you still saw the value of coming. I assure you there were others who found out their earth life that would be far worse than what you and your dad went through and still chose to come. And, the third of our brothers and sisters who chose to go against the Plan of Salvation wish they could change their decision. Even having a body of a pig was better than their eternal damnation doing Satan's bidding.

I will be clear with you. God did nothing to you or your dad. It was 100% your choices to be here. God gives you free moral agency to choose good or evil. Therefore, he stays out of our lives and choices for the most part. However, he did not leave us without hope and a way to communicate with him and receive help when necessary for the Plan to be completely just for us. That means we have to endure the tough times as well as enjoy the good times. My dad's end to life wasn't pretty at all. But, I didn't blame God for it. My testimony helped me understand it doesn't have to be forever. Same with my mother. Both, I have done their work for. You can be together with your earthly dad again. But, not if you continue to act like a brat towards your Heavenly Father and Mother. You walked away. Father and Son did not. Everything is on you. The good news is because the Father sent his only begotten Son in the flesh to atone for our stupid stinking thinking, there is always a way back. But, I guess you hate your earthly dad because you don't want to get over yourself and repent, be re-baptized and do what you know needs to be done.
