Because they would have to prove beyond all reason that Biden did it! You can't on one hand insist that the man can't put 2 sentences together, then in the other insist he alone concocted this whole thing. Even if you take the new evidence of people dropping thousands of ballots in the lock boxes in swing states for pay at face value, you would have to conclusively prove it was his idea. Nobody in the US would believe that one from a man who can't even remember who the VP is-)

If and when the GOP reclaims the House and hopefully the Senate:

1. whether a good idea or not, there may be some impeachment inquiry commenced against Brandon, but probably NOT for the alleged theft of the election.

2. there could also be a separate investigation (or investigations) into the question of the validity of the election. Since the courts pretty much abdicated their role, some airing of the allegations might be in order.
