The reason why part blacks identify as black is because white people let it be known in many ways that they will never identify with them as white

So part blacks like say Obama are blk in this society (and around the world) because to most anyone with whom he would interact, he will appear “blk”

If Obama was a normal person. employers, loan officers, police, teachers, and average everyday folks on the street would look at him, presume his blkness and treat him accordingly.
