If a man can marry a man

Then someone should be allowed to marry a dead person. Laws always mention persons, but it doesn't say these persons have to be alive.

The current laws forbidding the marriage between a live person and a dead person are discriminatory just like the laws in some jurisdictions that forbid two people of the same sex from marrying. Therefore these laws are discriminatory and need to be struck down. Homosexuals have the right to marriage like heterosexuals. In a similar vein, dead people have the right to marriage just like live people.
I guess if the dead can vote for democrats, they can file suits in court as well, eh?

Two questions: How are you going to get your dead boyfriend to say "I do", and do you really want to kiss your new bride?

The lack of a pulse is probably his best chance for a romantic relationship...

Well it doesn't seem like that model presents a possibility for the deceased to agree to any sort of voluntary association in the matter, Mayor.
Go back and read the thread, I already addressed the issue of consent.
You couldn't "trigger" me if you tried.
Are you sure? Cause you were crying about how I could only find romance with a dead person. That's triggered-ness, lol.

Keep telling yourself that, perhaps it will help you sleep at night.
