If a man can marry a man

I still don’t give a damn about gay couples having sex with each other.

Not my concern.

But I believe any offical recognition of necrophilia is something very different. It’s not a personal matter obviously non-consensual. And it’s a desecration of a human body — among other significant problems.
What if the dead person gives consent before they die?

I think Jill Biden got Joes consent years before he died.

Reminds me of the guy that broke down at night, way out in the country, asking farmer if he could put him up for the night. Farmer said, yes but only bed I have, you'll have to share with my lovely daughter, who sleeping there. But, you must promise not bother or kiss her. OK, with me, if ok with you. Next morning, being asked how he slept, the guy said ok, though room was musty. Have to confess, I kissed your daughter 3 times and got rice in my mouth. You idiot, that wasn't rice. It was maggots. She's been dead for 6 months.:omg:
Actually, by the 6th month, the body is mostly skeletal remains. Also, maggots taste very different from rice.

Speaking from experience, ;)

More power to ya. I didn't even do that on survival training.

Better check that answer, Ralph.

"Yes, most states in the U.S. have laws that explicitly forbid sexual acts with a corpse, which is known as necrophilia. These acts are generally considered serious offenses and can be classified as felonies in many states1. The specific laws and penalties can vary from state to state, but necrophilia is widely regarded as a criminal act due to the moral and ethical implications."
That's sex with a corpse, which is different from marriage with a corpse. You can marry someone without having sex with them.
But I bet most MAGA will agree with you.
Lol all you are doing here is how us how much MAGA upsets you.

Then someone should be allowed to marry a dead person. Laws always mention persons, but it doesn't say these persons have to be alive.

The current laws forbidding the marriage between a live person and a dead person are discriminatory just like the laws in some jurisdictions that forbid two people of the same sex from marrying. Therefore these laws are discriminatory and need to be struck down. Homosexuals have the right to marriage like heterosexuals. In a similar vein, dead people have the right to marriage just like live people.
Dude, you stuuupid.
