George Conway has posted a tweet stating that: ""I agree with this. There may be Republican senators who won’t say a word until the moment they say 'guilty' when the roll is called at the end of an impeachment trial," he tweeted, responding to a political commentator who argued that Republican senators would vote to impeach the president because many "privately hate" Trump."

The other party in the conversation George Conway was responding to was Tony Schwartz who is the ghost writer for Trump's book, The art of the deal.

It was certainly evident during the GOP 2016 POTUS campaign that many GOP lawmakers strongly dislike, if not hate, Donald Trump.

I agree with this. There may be Republican senators who won’t say a word until the moment they say “guilty” when the roll is called at the end of an impeachment trial.

Oddsmakers say Trump Republicans senators won't vote to impeach Trump. I believe all bets are off. Most Republican senators privately hate him & his power over them. If they believe, by banding together, they can push him out, I think there is a very reasonable chance they will.

Trump is an admirable example of Patience and Restraint when it comes to this Conway cocksucker.

I am reminded of an interview with the greatest actor of my time---Paul Newman. They asked why him why he would never discuss politics in public.

And he said that, as an actor, he had no more knowledge of the subject than the ordinary citizen, and should not have a much larger voice than the average citizen because of his profession.

This Conway cocksucker is the Anti- Paul Newman.

Nobody would give a shit what he had to say, not even Democrat-Socialists...except this turd happens to be married to somebody who amounts to something, and works for Trump....and that interests the Democrat-Socialists...mostly because they were educated in the public schools of rotting cities run by Democrats for half a century.

The GOP knives are out for Donald Trump who will totally lose his mind over this impeachment process.

Most GOP lawmakers hated Trump during his POTUS campaign but feared him afterward.

George Conway is still pissed off because Trump wouldn't hire him in his administration. He's now an anti-Trump Humpty Dumpty. Trump could care less about what he says.

Conway is a fat idiot big mouth. He may be right about the senate, but there is one wild card in impeachment. Anyone who voted for a president who was thrown out of office on the crap the Democrats call impeachable, will have uncontrollable rage. Look for disunity like you have never seen. Hillary lost fair and square-this would not be a loss but a robbery. One last thought-if you have president Pence, these libs will be begging for Trump's return.

So, this is what impeachment fever sounds like.

LOL, never thought of that. The only difference would be that both the Conway's are republicans with only one of them suffering from TDS.

Holy Cow! talk about overdosing on WISHFUL THINKING.

There's about as much chance of Senate Republicans voting to convict over Ukrainian PhoneCallGate as there is that Elvis Presley will turn up at the next Lollapalooza singing a duet with Bob Marley.

I can see where POTUS will be part of the show... In that scenario George would be the foil in the plot... And we all know that at the end of the day, somebody in a threesome is underserved...
