But this government wouldn't exist period without it. The Constitution was crafted to guide government in its reactions and dealings with the people it governs. When you withdraw your consent to be governed by this government, you are revoking your right to be governed or protected in any way by both it and the constitution. You are revoking your own Constitutional rights by saying "I do not recognize the legitimacy of this government." The only viable course of action for you to take in this circumstance would be for you to expatriate.
