Meh...I'm 54 and have all the friends I need.
I dislike most people,people like you actually,I find them to be shallow and lacking in cognitive skills which means no stimulating conversation.
I do however enjoy talking to the younger crowd just to see what their political views are and see if I can steer them in the right direction if need be.
I've changed many a mind in that respect.
